Preparation:

1. Mix marinade ingredients.
2. Marinate salmon fillets.
3. Preheat a stainless steel pan.
4. Seal the salmon fillets on both sides, cover and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
The cooking time depends on the thickness of the fillet. Do not overcook, can lose their tenderness and their juices.
