1. Cut melon in half length-wise. Scrape out all of the seeds and place them in the blender jar. 2. Remove the rind from the melon and cut into cubes . Place cubes into blender jar. 3. Blend with half of the wáter very well until seeds have been ground. In batches, strain the melon mixture. 4. Add soy milk , the other half of water and Dulceatte Soluble Inulin . Mix. 5. Add Dulceatte Agave Nectar to taste. 6. Serve with ice.
